Any roofers want to work this weekend?

Where do I start with this one…A very upset customer given a builder thousands for a brand new fibre glass shower I mean roof 🙈 weeks old

Fast forward 2 days we have a happy customer no leaks and moving on with there project to make there lovely home

Stripping the existing roofing that was holding water in areas (where not leaking) sorting the fall to the outlets

Relayed 150m insulation with 18m 8x2 boards with a new Firestone rubber covering..

All works here come with a 10 year guarantee

This customer texted me that he has been let down..we don’t do that here 🤷‍♂️ the aim is to make everyone happy..this customer as had damp and water coming in from next door works that started 3 years ago(never seen work like it ) this took us 1 day..the customer has been back in touch for further works to guttering and a new main roof 👏 also recommended to other people..

Morning everyone 👌

This is a quick reminder please please if your having a Extension,loft Dorma or even a New Roof done.no matter what size don’t be giving anyone any money till your fully happy…

So here goes in the last week I have been to 4 jobs..one yesterday where a family as been taken for 20k life changing money to some people,hard earned money gone in a matter of days..no builder to be seen..no roof on is house with children freezing.. Watch what your doing 👀

2 other job are local roofing firms that have done new re roofs..one 6 months ago and one 2 years ago

I have never seen anything like if you don’t no what your doing…don’t do it simple as that..the customer knows your s**t now as I have shown them all the pictures..of things that shouldn’t be done..takes you longer..

The last one is a extension..brickwork like a horses back leg..roof pitch not right..wrong tile for the job..no height for lead work..

This is becoming a daily thing any works you want carrying out please check your builder roofer everything and most important of people want money right away it says a lot about there firm..have a great weekend 👌

Great to help one of my Friends out last week he’s been waiting a year for payment for the windows fitted 🙈 couldn’t finish the job due to no tile corners..we had a go mitring the corners and thankfully he’s been paid 👍🏻

Good morning

Roof in side a roof 👀

Yesterday was a bit of a different day..under that plastic sheet is a power station servicing 40 business and can’t be turned off at any time 🙈 Which the electricity board Are charging £8000 a week billing because of the danger to the gear(power station)am not going to lien I 💩 at one point when water must of got in and it was buzzing 🙈

Just to let you all no the Electrical board was there all the time and passed the job off 👌💥
