Sam McLeod and Kaiden McGuire gave me a great insight in to what life has been like this year and it’s fair to say they’ve used the time positively. Sam has continued to run Sparta Boxing Academy, launch the McLeod Scott professional gym and grow an online following that’s close to 50,000 followers. Kaiden made the decision to turn professional and has gone from strength to strength this year. A decision that’s come at the perfect time for him 🥊🥊

The first Batalla Boxing podcast took place today. Some pre podcast nerves were definitely at play for me, that’s for sure! Myself, Sam McLeod, Kaiden McGuire and Craig McEwan sat down and had a chat about a challenging year for boxing, the re-opening of gyms, Sam and Kaiden’s journey in to the professional ranks and some words of wisdom and guidance from Craig McEwan. For a first attempt, I hope it’s gone well but you can be the judge of that soon.
