Worn cleats can alter your bike position due to a change in height, so be sure to replace them before they wear too much 👍🏼 Be careful when replacing as you want to ensure you get the correct angle that is comfortable for you.

TopTip: Draw around your original cleat position with a pencil before removing, then line up new cleats with the outline 👀😝

Spot the difference 👀

You may find the angle of your handlebars/hoods is what is causing wrist pain or numb fingers whilst riding! In the first photo the wrist is much more relaxed and comfortable compared to the second photo 📈 minor adjustments in bike set up can go a long way!!

We offer subscriptions for one, three or five bike fits; each subscription providing the rider with an aggressive, neutral or relaxed fit for their chosen bike.
