THE WAY OF THE FOOTPRINT

Everything we think, feel and do leaves a print. When the print you weave into the earth is pure you are placing both the goodness and the greatness of who you are into the soil, seeding a new consciousness that creates a healthier and wealthier way to relate.

The Way of the Footprint is the ancient wisdom way of our ancestors, who understood the importance and priority of the imprint we make into the earth.

We freely share this wisdom with like-minded souls that wish to integrate and implement a spirited thought consciousness, that embodies the importance of a footprint for good.

When you walk the wisdom way you seed love into the earth instead of fear.
When you walk wisely, life becomes a beautiful journey, you raise your own energetic frequency, you see, think, and feel differently. You release the blocks that hinder your health and your wealth.

You become a leader for the footprint for change, a prophecy for change, for every human is a leader in the way that they relate, and every human relates to someone.

The 13 commandments have been channelled as the wisdom of the way of the footprint - a blueprint for life advancing health and wellness in mind. body and in spirit.

The commandments are not religious or as intimidating as they may sound! They are simply a commitment to the frequency of freedom, to live in peace and unity as one.

When you walk this way the earth will grace you with your greatness, life will love you! For the frequency that flows is a footprint of health which leads to true wealth.

We were told we would see America come and go. In a sense, America dies from the inside out, because they have forgotten the instructions to live on Mother Earth. This is the Hopi creed, it is our creed, that if you are not spiritually connected to the Earth, and you don't understand the spiritual reality of life on Earth, chances are you are not going to make it.
Everything is spiritual, everything has one
Spirit.
We are here on Earth only a few winters, then we go to the spirit world. The spirit world is more real than most of us realize.
The spirit world is everything. Most of our body is water. To stay healthy you need to drink pure water. Water is sacred, air is sacred. Our DNA is made from the same DNA as the tree, the tree breathes what we breathe out, we need what the tree expires. So we have a common fate with the tree. We are all of the Earth, and when the Earth and its water and atmosphere are corrupted, then the Earth will create her reaction. The Mother reacts.
In the Hopi prophecy it says that storms and floods will get bigger.
For me it is not negative to know that there will be big changes. It's not negative, it's evolution. When you look at it as an Evolution, you know it's time, nothing stays the same. You should learn to plant something. This is the first connection. You should look at all things as Spirit, realize that we are family. It never ends. Everything is life and there is no end to life.

Hello lovely people, here is my latest co-creation. Over recent weeks I have been praying to my guides for clarity upon how to offer all of the offerings, I know I am here to offer, to those I am here to serve!

About a year ago I was asked by my guides to see my table of offerings and I saw a banqueting table overspilling with beautiful things, shiny sparkly things, piles of books, a rainbow of colours!

No one really anticipated the unprecedented changes of these chaotic times of crisis that we are experiencing today. Many companies are facing a wave of circumstances that are highlighting the need for a different way of leadership, a different company structure, a different way of relating.

There are many Considerations for Change that businesses will need to consider to maintain a leading edge position in these demanding times, which I offer for consideration through The 8 Pillars for Success leadership consultancy which creates a business foundation that creates certainty, sustainability, security and success.

But the area I wish to focus upon for this post, aligned to my professional background is that of marketing – considerations for change in how companies and brands relate. It is an important consideration for business leaders because in such volatile times, holding on to your existing customers and acquiring new ones, is a significant challenge.

Marketing is all about relating, it is about creating a need or want for a product or service that results in a sale. A solid marketing strategy built upon data analytics positions a product or service in such a way that it creates an emotional connection. A feeling that is associated with a need. A need that becomes a want to the extent that a person must purchase the product or service.

To create such a strong emotional response and to keep customers coming back for more, often requires building a relationship up over time with the customer, so that you can continue to communicate the ongoing marketing strategy to them, leading to customer retention, repeat and increasing purchase to achieve your LTV targets and ideally reaching the point of advocacy, where your most loyal customers do your marketing for you. This approach requires a significant financial investment and use of loyalty/reward programmes have proven to be a very successful approach, however these are changing times and as such consumers are demanding more. There is I believe a requirement to market differently.

A long time ago! I studied marketing and learnt the 4 Ps model, and when I started working in the loyalty marketing profession, working upon one of the UKs first loyalty programmes for Homebase prior to it transitioning to Nectar, I was taught the following equation:

More people, more often = more spend = more profit

I wish to present a different model and equation for consideration:

4Ps+4Rs = +PR

4 P’s – People, Purpose, Productivity, Profit
4 R’s – Relate, Respond, Recommendation, Reputation

Which if implemented across the business will naturally leads to positive PR

The Art of Being in Business has been created as a result of my own spiritual awakening since leaving my corporate career. It is the interception of spirituality and business and I have many magical offerings to aid, support, and guide us all to living and leading in a more harmonious, healthier, happier and balanced way on many levels, mindfully, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

10 years ago I did not have a spiritual practice, infact, I thought it was all a bit weird!

10 years ago I was exhausted on the relentless treadmill of the corporate system. I was overworked, anxious and very stressed.

My whole sense of being, my identity was firmly attached to a corporate definition of success.

I pushed myself so hard to climb the corporate ladder, thinking that the key to feeling success, happiness & fulfilment must be found at the next rung, so I kept climbing, doing more, earning more, more, more, more. Only to find that when I reached the top rung, rather than feel fulfilled, I felt the opposite altitude sickness, and with that awareness, blind panic set in.

The wheels eventually and inevitably fell off. The fuel that kept me driving for success dried up when I realised that the trade off for this definition of success had been all of my Self! My physical & mental health and well-being were nonexistent and I had zero awareness of my spiritual being.

What I didn’t know then is that I was never going to find any true sense of success, happiness, or fulfilment, on this journey to a destination I had never even considered for myself. For I was seeking an external definition of success and using somebody else’s sat nav system!

I didn’t know that I had my own satnav system or that if I learnt to tune into that it would know exactly the destination that was right for me, it would show me the route to success, happiness and fulfilment.

I didn’t know that the answers I was seeking were all inside of myself.

I didn’t know that I was more than a physical body.

For the truth is that we have a spirit, the being within the human that needs bringing into awareness and then honouring and respecting. This is lost. In our world today we live very disconnected from this part of ourselves, in fact, we are taught to seek externally for what we perceive we need. When we must seek inner not outer!

Your spirit is you! Your true identity and it gives you everything. It needs connection, it holds the key to your true success.

Success is unique to an individual, it’s aligned to your unique & special purpose -USP for being here. Are you clear upon what success truly means for you, what is the inner passion behind it?

In a world that is going online, in a world that is breeding entrepreneurs and self-employment, there will be a need for employers to change to ensure survival.

Investing in people will be a priority for long-term sustainability, where the intellect, the education, and the creation of a person can come into full fruition.

Productivity is the person, a person is productive, without a person, unless you are using a machine, there is no productivity.

To be an investor in productivity, you need to be an investor in potential through an investment in the person. The promotion of potential.

Nothing new here, you may say - my company is already investing in people, you may have the accreditation. That box is ticked.

I ask you to consider is it a tick box exercise?

Do your current offerings really excel your people (productivity) & profit? Or do you find that despite offering these to your people there is still a high level of stress and dis-ease, staff turnover, perhaps you as the leader feel burnt out from all the people issues you are dealing with?
If yes, do you consider why people still feel unfulfilled, are off with stress related ill health or leave your employment?

In my own experience as an employee in a senior leadership position for a large corporate brand, I reached a point where my £35,000 bonus could have been £3.50, for it did not evoke any sense of fulfilment or success nor did it make me more productive because I was at dis-ease with myself. I know now it was because my potential was suppressed, and as such my productivity became finite.

Despite the people incentives, the company culture did not promote the potential of people. You could earn the performance related incentives but the way in which you performed was predefined. People were effectively turned into machines, think, feel and act like this. Stripping a person of their potential creates the toxic treadmill where the workplace is full of dis-ease, which creates fear, competition, conflict & crisis.

Companies have relied on a flow and let go approach, people in, people out but this isn’t sustainable in these times.

I invite you to consider, is your company built on a foundation of company, connection, community, and creation that promotes the potential of every person?

Does your company leadership, ethos, ethics, structure, systems, culture, really enable all people to thrive?

For a company to be certain about their productivity, lies in the art of how they relate. It begins with an education for senior leaders to be able to relate better to themselves. This is investment in productivity and profit, but not in a way that has been done before.

For when someone can see their self, their potential, power, and passion, productivity and profit is a natural response.

In order to survive in these changing times, a strong company foundation that allows you to flourish in financial flow is necessary.

The leader sets the foundation.

There is no wisdom in today’s leadership.

If you wish to lead with the depth of wisdom and unlimited potential that you hold, you must firstly seek your own spirit, or if you prefer - your true Self.

For your spirit is the part of you that knows exactly what you are really all about, it understands the magnificence of your unlimited gifts, skills & talents, what you are here to do - your purpose & depth of meaning to that. It knows why you have experienced everything you ever have, everything you currently are and everything you ever will, because it agreed to them all for the evolution of your own soul!

It’s this separation that creates the pain, the dis-ease & dysfunction that you may be experiencing. A way of leadership set within hierarchical structures that often separate the leader from the people they lead.

Your spirit knows exactly what is right for you, it knows exactly how to navigate. And yet we live in a world where we are taught to seek all the answers externally.
Your spiritual connection is your greatest asset & the most important relationship you can ever have. For your being understands the true importance of your leadership, positioning and purpose, and this part of you is connected to source energy so it has no concept of the ego, an “I Am it” agenda, its unlimited creation serves only for the greater good of all. It knows the true meaning of leadership.

A new way of leadership is SPIRIT led, there can be no other way.
