Part 2 completion of our ongoing project, master bedroom - job to restore original ceiling height (approx +40cm)…
Remove false ceiling, remove hidden collapsed ceiling, repair rafters and render wall tops, install new insulation, install down lights, board and plaster ceiling, install picture rail, clean down - protecting existing wallpaper and carpet throughout.

Another ongoing project; renovating a variety of upstairs rooms for a returning customer. Part 1 completion of joining two rooms (plasterwork, ceiling repair, floor repair and levelling, door removal, construct new corner, cornice and roses and associated electrics and hallway repairs)

A very large hole compared to what was there previously - steel and concrete next.
General building labourer required in Withern. Self employed and casual basis, up to 3 days per week for 2 months working on barn rebuild and associated. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. £80 per day 8.30am start. Must have own safety boots, safety glasses and gloves.
Immediate start available.
Must be totally reliable and trustworthy, have mature outlook, ability to work outside in all weather in physically demanding role. Some experience in power tools, cement mixing and general labouring an advantage but willingness to get on with the job is most important!
