Fitness should be fun and inspire you. With my dance background, I offer a variety of classes I currently offer Online Classes via Zoom.
The Morning Club runs on weekdays with a Cardio/HIIT session at 8am and a Toning Session at 8.30am. Prices are monthly cost of £20 or £4 per morning. Other online classes include Fitsteps, Pilates and DanceAttack. Outdoor FitSteps Classes take place at Arreton Barns and Yoga Flow in a private garden in Binstead .
