Visual Inspection, Air Sampling, Surface Sampling, Moisture Meters, Infrared Thermography... These testing methods help ascertain the type of mould issue you are facing. Knowing the specific mould species enables you to choose the most effective remediation methods.

Mould can start growing in 24-48 hours...
With the presence of a cellulose based food source and moisture, mould can proliferate quickly. You may not be able to control the presence of a food source however you can prevent mould growth by controlling moisture.
However when disaster strikes, such as a leak or flood, it's crucial for structural drying to start as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to reach out to a professional when you face these situations!

project just landed! This approx 93yr old rowing boat has been partially restored by the grandson of the original owner who has asked us for help in stripping the aged varnish from inside. We are going to test this with our machine - results to follow! ππ
