What did you let go today? The sun shone, together we walked into the beautiful crystal clear waters, and welcomed the gentle lapping waves, and there we let go of our unwanted troubles; drifting away into the sea. The perfect reset, welcoming in #Beltane . So wonderful to see so many in the water today, we had a blast! At Chill South Devon, our joy is to enable people to experience the transformative healing power of cold-water swim therapy. Immersion in cold water, when done safely, gradually reduces stress levels, increases resilience in everyday life, and generates a greater sense of health and wellbeing. And we did this today, thanks to our wonderful swim group; and the generous sponsors.. the team Salcombe Crabfest, and the lovely people from Devon Mind. And of course, a big thank you to Harry from Discovery Surf School who lent our swim coach a wet suit, in a moment of need.
