Our new seasonal ‘autumn winter’ forged collection is now available to purchase over on our website.

We’re excited to introduce a Utility, Mini-Santoku and K-Tip (kiritsuke) knife as a permanent feature to the range. Alongside new coloured handles. All blades are made using local British high carbon steel and hand-forged by our goods friends at Thorn Wood Forge.

We will be running these colourways until spring and then we’ll change it up for the new season.

In February last year I took a trip to Norfolk to meet a curtain maker called Graham. He was closing his business down and had loads of incredible rolls of fabric for sale that he had picked up over the last 40 years.

Amongst the treasure chest of different materials was a roll of navy blue wool from the 1980’s that was originally used to make RAF uniform jackets.

We took this back to London and have turned it into a small batch of knife wraps. There was only enough fabric to make 20 wraps.

On sale now via the website.

x Allday aprons handmade in Tottenham, London from deadstock fabric.

The word ‘apron’ comes from the old French word ‘naperon’, which loosely translates as ‘small tablecloth’. It is said that kitchen aprons were originally created by taking old worn table cloths and folding the corners. We have created an apron that is inspired by this design, with the corners folded in, and the material paying homage to an old table cloth.

They are now available online and in store at .

DECK CHAIR KNIFE WRAPS

Inspired by camping trips to the coast growing up, these deck chair knife wraps are handmade in Tottenham and will be available to purchase tomorrow at 10AM via our website.

I have had this old ‘Favourite Camping Recipes’ book for years and the colourful pictures of deck chairs in the pages sparked the idea.

Batch 2 in collaboration with goes live on Monday 5th June at 1PM (BST).

We’ve been busy turning their old plastic salt tubs into the handles for this limited range of knives and have been forging the blades in Somerset from 52100 British carbon steel.

Thanks so much to everyone for coming down to our car boot cutlery sale yesterday!

Safe to say we were not expecting that kind of turn out and were totally blown away with how many people showed up.

This was the first in person sale we’ve done so we had no idea how it was going to go. We spent the last month making as many knives as we could, but it turns out it wasn’t anywhere near enough!

We’re going to get back to work on making more and will release these soon via our online shop. If you missed out on getting a set, or if you’d like a set, please sign up to our list (link in bio) and we’ll let you know when they’re back in stock.

Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to !

THE BIG CAR BOOT CUTLERY SALE

Over the past year I’ve been collecting old blunt and broken cutlery knives from car boots and have been cleaning them up and re-handling them - bringing them back to their former glory and up to the modern day.

On Sunday 26th Feb I’ll be selling these knives back through a car boot sale in Stoke Newington.

Four knives for a fiver.

Or if you have four old Sheffield cutlery knives in your drawer at home you can bring along and swap for a free set. But they need to be damaged and in need of repair.

More info coming soon.
