Interested in getting healthier this summer, needing some help?

With summer already here and it’s looking like it’s going to be a hot one too, some of you will be wanting to improve your appearance and some will want to improve your health and well-being. I am located in the Roundhay/Chapel Allerton area, but I cover Headingley, Meanwood, City Centre and the rest of Leeds.

Achieving the transformation results in less than 3 hours per week with my proven model and dedication to follow my advice. Whatever your level of fitness currently is.

I am offering a free session to all who are interested. For those who wish to continue I have pricing structures of £120 for 8 sessions (2 per week), 170 for 12 sessions (3 per week), £200 for 16 sessions (4 per week) and £220 for 20 sessions (5 per week)

When you sign up you will get an additional session for your assessment this is a free assessment.

For those who are wanting faster results and achieving their goals quicker I would suggest training 3+ times a week

Each packages comes with homework and nutritional plan free.

I offer one on one sessions and friend/partner/family two on one sessions. These sessions can be down at my converted garage, at your home/garden, public space or online (Online sessions are 10% cheaper)

We’re in the final days before Bradford Pride 2022 and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to Centenary Square and City Park this Saturday 9 July!
Everything kicks off at 12pm!

The parade we were all looking forward to isn’t able to take place this year, and I know we’re all disappointed about that but it’s something for us to work towards for next year.

We have a wonderful array of entertainment for the day right up until 7pm, and the sun will be out for us (so don’t forget your sun block!)

We’d like to give our sincere thanks to Bradford Council, to our sponsors and our partners for all their work and support in making sure that Bradford Pride 2022 is able to go ahead.

Leeds Mind Peer Support delivers peer-led support groups. This means they are produced and facilitated by people with lived experience of mental health difficulties.

We want to make sure our Peer Support is welcoming, inclusive and safe for everyone. That’s why we’re holding two focus groups this month for our LGBTQI+ community. This is an opportunity to have your voice heard about what you need from us to help support your mental wellbeing.
