Come and join us in beautiful summer woodland this Saturday 8 June for Circle of Trees Environmental Arts Therapy Group - a small supportive group exploring Midsummer themes using art-making, movement, story, ritual and poetry to express our inner and outer worlds. Creative, inspiring, transformative is how past participants have described this work... oh and playful!!

At this beautiful, wild and powerful time of year, we will reflect on
the Oak as a tree associated with May under which weddings were traditionally celebrated. We will move, play and create rituals to let go of the old and commit to ourselves as we step into the brightness of the months to come. People have found this group supportive, nurturing and creatively inspiring.
