I’ve been a bit slack lately in updating the page, we have been busy though, from renovations to extensions and summer houses. I’ll post some more pictures in the coming weeks. Anyway so here’s a small taster of what we’ve been up

We removed the old conservatory , cleared the area ready to dig the trenches.

A few pictures of a garage conversion with a porch extension completed a few months ago . It’s a simple design which blends in nicely and creates two lovely spaces .

Here’s a couple kitchens we fitted for 2 student let properties in Exeter during the summer holidays . Before and after photos of each kitchen .

Just one of the projects we’ve been involved in over the last few weeks . Insulating the 175m2 floor area ready for the under heating pipes then finally the liquid screed being pumped in . More pictures to follow on this one as the build continues.

A few pictures from a recently completed kitchen refurbishment. A good use of the space below the window incorporating extra cupboard space and seat for a coffee and a chat .

This is one of our latest projects , a traditional Devon cob wall cottage remodel . The customer had put a lot of thought into the new lay out of the cottage in his plans and it was up to us to bring it to life .

Here are some pictures from a few of our summer projects which were in student let properties . All ready for their return to start the new university year .

We can also turn our hands to historic renovation work . This impressive mansion house was left for ruins . I was asked to recreate the grand entrance porch from a set of drawings., both myself and customer were delighted with the out come .

This was a project built in Starcross, which produced a great open space for the new fitted kitchen, dining area and snug with a wood burning stove, ideal for those winter evenings. For the summer just open the bifold doors and let the warm air in.

A few pictures of before and after of an extension that we built in Exeter . Which created a bright kitchen and dining area with a set of bi fold doors which opened onto a low maintenance garden .
