The property they are moving into has undergone a full renovation.
The outdated warm air heating was removed in favour of a brand new efficient boiler and central heating system.
The property has been fully rewired throughout.
A new kitchen and a new shower room have been installed, the kitchen has brand new appliances included.
A full redecoration, new carpets and flooring throughout compliment the wonderful furnishings.
This property is let in full compliance with Landlord legislation and has passed all safety measures.

The joy of a neutral colour scheme is that our tenants can accessorise with the colours of their own choosing.
We’ve added some dark teal towels and black coloured toiletries to show off this transformation.
A couple of plants adorn the deep window shelf - great for absorbing moisture in the air and for adding a little nature!

It wasn’t very pretty to start with but it’s going to be gorgeous in a week or two!

A fantastic renovation, redecoration and deep clean of one of our existing properties. New fridge freezer and washing machine installed.
Property viewed at 2pm, our new tenants started moving in at 3pm - just an hour later! An indication of how good our properties are!!

A full and thorough end of tenancy clean, redecoration, new appliance installation and a complete furnish throughout carried out in this fabulous two bedroom flat in Northampton town centre - all in just one week!
Huge thanks to our fabulous team who washed, wiped, scrubbed, tidied, hoovered, clean carpets, built furniture, painted, and kept us all smiling!
First viewing already booked for 2pm today!
