To give a more in detailed description of what we do here at Linked, we aid you in becoming the owner of a HMO. We do so in seven carefully thought out steps
1 - Initial meeting, during this meet you will meet everyone involved in the process, from the architect to the directors etc. Everyone will be taking notes to ensure this project is bespoke for your needs and you will explain your requirements.

3 - Buying the property, once you have found the perfect house and decide to buy, we will assist you in arranging bridging finance.
4 - Planning submissions, before work is able to start, we will acquire an asbestos report, ensure you have the relevant planning permissions, full building regulations including structural calculations to gain full approval. All party wall agreements will be agreed before refurbishment start date.
5 - Refurbishment, before the renovation starts you will be given an in-depth schedule of works. Using the same professional and loyal building firm we can be confident in their ability on each project. Throughout the project you will be sent updates and pictures to keep you up to speed, we have a WhatsApp group chat to ensure good communication with staff and clients.
6 - Completion and hand over, upon completion we deal with all the snags on the property to make sure that when we hand it over to you it is 100% finished. Our plumbers install the most economic boilers to give you piece of mind that cost and emissions will stay low.
