From a young age I always asked my nan to have the remaining of the batter when she finished baking a cake and loved to help her. In 2019 I developed an eating disorder and went through some tough battles, one of my coping mechanisms was to bake as it took me into my own bubble and made me feel safe. Mental health can have a huge impact on individuals everyday life and it is important for everyone to do something they love and enjoy. When I asked my mentor about my baking she instantly said about me making my own business one day, and since that day I have been working hard and had so much amazing help from people to create this business. Hollys yummy creations sell treats such as; birthday cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cake pops and cupcake gift boxes.
