We have recently completed one of our projects in Boroughbridge involving a rear single-storey extension and full house internal alterations with some external alterations.

Previously there was a conservatory at the rear which we demolished to build the extension. The rear extension has created a large open plan kitchen/dining with a library area for the clients to sit and enjoy reading with a beautiful view. Rooflights, velux windows and bifold doors were installed to bring in as much natural light.

The clients had purchased this property with a clear vision of what they wanted and they were happy we achieved this. On the last image you can see the before pictures of the property and what an incredible transformation it is now.

We are very excited to be working on the construction of a new 5 bedroom residential property in the most desirable area with EDG:Architecture Ltd.

The setting out of the build has taken place with the assistance of Tri-Tech Surveys.

We are very excited to announce we have started a new project in Scarborough. This project is to construct a new building containing 9 apartments with four car garage spaces to the ground floor.

Currently the piling works are underway by M&D Foundations.

After some of our staff attending the Enhanced Retrofit course with PureHaus we were then given the opportunity to work on one of their eco homes at Spring Meadow.

This was a great chance to put the skills they learnt in training into practice.

Concrete pour completed on a single-storey extension we are working on in Boroughbridge. This space was originally a conservatory which we demolished and will be converted into a dining area. The original kitchen/dining area will be made into an open plan kitchen giving the clients a lot more space.

The clients who are neighbours to a current project we are working on asked if we could help as their builder had let them down.

The steel beams have been put in place to extend the opening between the kitchen and dining room to provide an open living space.

There was substantial structural propping involved to carry the weight of the original chimney above.

Work is also underway externally, fitting the oak porch which will be a brilliant add to the fine character of the property.

The brickwork at Aldwark Manor Hotel has been cleaned for the new plant room. The pattern used is an effective way to create ventilation.

Tom & Kirk have completed their 6 week Enhanced Fabric First Retrofit Course with PureHaus. It's been useful for them to engage with like minded people and gain a better insight into energy efficient construction.

We are looking forward to potentially working together with PureHaus on future projects.

Sean has over 35 years’ experience within the building industry ranging from bench-hand joinery, structural works to fine finishes. With Sean’s experience he brings a vast amount of knowledge and skills to every project we undertake.

Sean has always been hardworking and passionate, working tirelessly to meet clients requirements.

Sean has worked Nationwide and across Europe over the years to gather as much knowledge as possible to improve his understanding of the construction industry, and continues to do so.

Sean knew it was time to make use of all the skills and knowledge he has built up over the years and start a family business he so strongly deserves.

The integrated solar panels have now been installed on our Menston project and don't they look great!

Not only are these panels aesthetically pleasing they are affordable, lightweight and you get no interference from pigeons.

Great progress being made on our project in York.

Single storey extension is underway with the underflooring heating and screed complete ready the flooring to be fitted.
The walls have been plaster boarded ready for the plasterers to come in.
Rooflights have been fitted in the new kitchen/dining area.

Works progressing on the internal structural works forming new openings and an internal gable wall removal at our new project in Dunsford.

Mounting trays have been fitted ready for the integrated solar panels to be installed.

The roof coverings, glazing installation and underfloor heating is underway at our fine dining project in York.

It is a serious space the pictures don't do the vaulted roof any justice.

Our skilled professionals are doing a fantastic job with the installation of the cladding on this pavilion extension in York.

Triple sliding door, double sliding door, fixed triangle fan light, glazed link and velux windows have all been installed, which is going to bring in so much natural light to this stunning home.

We can't wait to see the end product for this project, it's going to look incredible 🤩
