Mindset is slept on, because it’s the boring mundane s**t like reading to level up, which people neglect.

I focus on making fitness a lifestyle no matter what you got on.

If you don’t strengthen your mindset, you’ll eventually self sabotage the initial progress you will make.

Many people struggle to drop fat, because it’s so easy to point out the scape goat. The scape goat as we know is the work structure and crazy hours.

The more you get angry and blame the system, the harder it will be to make the changes needed to see the results.

In order to drop body fat, what 98% people don’t understand starts and ends with a mental shift. You and you alone have to take control and not wait around for situations to change and improve.

People get stuck in balance and trying to do both.

It just doesn’t work.

I was addicted to the 🍺 and wanted to take my life and physique to the next level, so cut it out.

You know when grinding long hours, I understand the need to want to have fun, but if you’re goal is to be lean, muscular and healthy, you’re gonna have to exercise some discipline.

You can’t drink, train hard and work long hours and expect to see results and then complain about lack of time.

You need to knuckle down and focus on prioritizing your health.

Theirs no harm in avoiding the lit shxt to be in better shape, because you will enjoy the lit s**t more once YOU’RE in better shape!!!

This epic transformation of 30kg was lost based on a specified strategy which I use to help people train whilst they have other commitments.

You see from speaking and connecting to the busy people, many people struggle to implement fitness into their busy routines.

People struggle to implement the mindset shift needed to make the changes necessarily.

It’s also very difficult to get results worth your money by having a PT face to face three times a week, because 3 sessions a week and poor eating won’t get you anywhere.

How can we get lifetime results where people not only lose weight, but have confidence in themselves to continue on whatever path they choose?

I speak to shift-workers doing all kinds of crazy shifts and as we know it’s very hard to find the time to train and hit the gym.

I tell them, you don’t get results from JUST training and going to the gym.

Let’s say you lost 2-3 stone, by eating clean and training too, but WITHOUT the MENTAL work, you will get complacent and gain the weight back.

People neglect the mental work, because let’s be real, it’s boring reading and investing in yourself to become better.

Without you becoming mentally better and tougher, when challenges get harder at work, or you’re dealt with a setback, you will find it very hard to progress and get the REAL RESULTS you’re looking for.

It’s more than the physical transformation, it’s the mental transformation which is most important.

Most programs specifically focus on macros and workouts. I take a different approach, because that’s not enough.

Going to the gym is not enough and won’t save you, when real life battles come your way. Sure it will help, but it won’t build you up mentally.

The way you stay on top of your physical heath, is by doing the mental work.

Not the other way around.

Convo: ‘Oz, I feel like quitting. I’ve had enough. Work just too much. I work too many long hours. Working out is just putting too much strain on my body’.

Me: ‘Your approaching it wrong. Your looking at exercise, as just physical and missing the point.

Of course when training, you may feel some discomfort, but you need this.

You need to be better and stronger, so your able to DEAL with things better and IMPROVE financially and internally, not just physically too.

It’s in you.

This is why I do this for people who have it the hardest.

You don’t have to do shift-work, but this s**t is tough.

You all have it in you. We are fighters. We complain, but still do it anyways.

This mentality and getting in shape is identical.

Many times, you will not want to train or be pi**ed off and fatigued.

Most people do things they hate to get paid.

When training, your not going to like eating certain foods, or working out.

It’s going to be hard too.

However, I believe this can be done and i’ve seen countless peoples lives become better whilst doing my program.

With shift-work you must understand, our time is limited.

Our advice. Stop wasting time on social media comparing your body to some other geezer, or your bum to someone else’s.

When your starting out in your journey, it’s difficult, because all you see is topless guys and big batty girls all over the gram.

Everyone shows you the end goal. No one will show you the work it takes to get there.

Some of your favourite stars aren’t even natural.

So if you don’t look like Kim K, or got biceps like my guy keep working.

Appreciate your journey, because of this comparison s**t will hold you back and make you quit.

That 1 hour spent scrolling on stories wishing and hoping, could have been spent training or meal prepping.

Don’t watch no one.

Fitness coaches talk macros.

Macros are important, but not enough.

I can give you the macros for the day, 180 protein, 200 carbs, 50 fat, but are you going to follow it day by day?

When working long hours, have you got the mental toughness and discipline to prep?

Can you bring food to work and avoid takeaways?

Can you say no when your friends tempt you for ordering takeaways?

Can you say no to your family when they say ‘it’s alright, that rice won’t hurt, you will burn it off’.

Can you go to Aldi on your day off when your knackered and it will be easier to order uber eats?

I hope you get the jist… Control my friend is everything.

Control and emotional intelligence is the only way your going to get in shape.

In order to get in shape, you need to have emotional intelligence and be able to control what goes inside your body and not the other way round.

The stress of shift-work, means food becomes comfort and this is why many struggle to get in shape and why many gain weight.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are just as important as Mondays.

What holds many back is the lack of consistency in the weekend and they never able to capitalise of their hard work during the week.

If you aim to do 15k steps everyday, Saturday and Sunday count too.

If you aim to walk everyday, Saturday and Sunday count too.

If you’re tracking your macros and 2500 kcal is your daily target, Saturday and Sunday make sure you stick to the targets.

Big up Tre

Lost more than 2 stone and reduced his body fat percentage whilst increasing muscle mass.

I posted the 4 week transformation, two months ago, now this is 12 weeks.

Works crazy shifts and travels all over the U.K for work and has to sleep in hotels at times.

Doing my program, has become a beast physically and mentally.

Developed the hunger and passion for fitness and this is just the start.

Learnt how to prep in a short amount of time and fit in workouts, whilst working long shifts.

Will be packing on more muscle mass next!!!

It don’t matter where you find yourself.

You may be unhappy and out of shape.

Shift-work won’t allow you to adapt and train, because everything is chaotic.

Many people end up developing eating disorders due to no real knowledge/time or understanding how to get in shape, especially when working long hours.

Conversation with close friend;

Me: What’s up, my guy ? How’s training getting along bro. I ain’t seen you in gym the last couple weeks.

My boy: Wagwan. Yeah I can’t lie I’ve been demotivated. Been doing 12 hour shifts the last couple weeks and whenever I finish work I just feel tired. Plus having some problems with my girl. You know how it goes O.

Me: I hear you. You were killing it though. Work is work. You dropped 5kg last month. Get back on it. The reason you said you wanted to train again, was because you were pi**ed off in the first place.

My boy: Yeah I know but these hours are long bro. I finish work now at 10pm, going gym too late plus when I get it in it’s all hectic, I can’t even wake up early like before.

Me: When you lost 5kg, you were doing overtime. You forgotten we were in gym 10:30pm twice a week doing interval runs.

My boy: Foreal.

Me: Plus you were walking to work too because going gym at night you said was long for you.

My boy: I just find it hard to get up and walk now. I thought after 4 weeks, training will be easier.

Me: Your turning soft I cant lie. The whole reason you wanted to train was because of all the s**t you had to deal with. You know your doing overtime so you can start your biz. You were doing overtime and still training plus losing weight and you said you ain’t felt this good for years. Every obstacle you face you gonna quit training and bitch about it. Come on man fix up.

My boy: Your right. I’m just in my feelings making excuses. F**k it. Ima be in gym all weekend.

Me: SNM!

When you get knocked down stay down.

If you get back up straight away, without addressing and understanding why you got knocked down in the first place, you will keep on getting knocked down.

Ask yourself honestly why you couldn’t commit to the diet plan, why you couldn’t find time to workout, why you ended up eating the cake, before trying to jump into the ring again.

That way you learn from your mistakes, so you don’t end up quitting and saying this is too hard.

If I was to tell you, I can’t remember the last time I’ve done a sit up, would you believe me?

No BS, I don’t run, I don’t jog, I don’t track my calories, I don’t cut out carbohydrates like they all say you should. I don’t starve myself and eat carrots and salad all day.

This was achieved working 45+ hours a week doing shiftwork minimum earlies and lates.

And I want to help many others achieve this minimum and better.

You don’t need to do cardio all day or one your day off run 10 miles.

You need to do the opposite and be efficient with your time by making daily lifestyle changes and becoming mentally tough to deal with all the obstacles and hiccups shiftwork brings.

This is what my online program is all about. Helping transform the average worker into a lean ripped monster.

I use to work 45 hours minimum every week doing shift work

I use to spend the spare hours I had left killing myself in the gym

Which made all my problems worse;

Due to lockdown, I had to find another way, because the traditional way of training hard, eating clean and going to work was taking a huge toll on me;
