Hi guys sorry it's been some time but due to health reasons I had to stop the classes. Even before they started properly!
But on a good note I'm going to be doing online zoom classes these will be any thing from 25 to 45 min workouts and they will be free right up till end of December they will be evenings at 6.30 pm but il also be setting up live videos on this page for people to watch and do at a later date so if u cant make the time for the zoom class u can get the video from this page.
I've chosen to do the classes this way as I'm finding it hard financially to find a regular unit it was causing stress to my health and mental health and it will help me with the balance of my work and home life .
I've talked to a number of people and one thing about the winter months is its alot harder for people to come out. In the cold so this way you dont have to worry about . Times, travelling and cost.
Il be sorting out a time table with what sort of class will be on what days and posting later this evening if ur interested and what to join the zoom classes let me kown and il send the link il be also be setting up messager chats for each class with the info links that u need to join these are invited chats only so get in touch.

i know everyone's going through tough time at the moment that why i'm offering lower cost treatments and starting from next week il be offering a free treatment with every appointment.
i will how ever be asking for people to visit me. if you would like me to come to your home il have to ask for extra money for petrol which depends on mileage to and from your home i will have to do this due to the rise in cost for petrol this will enable me to keep my prices as low as possible. thank for understanding have a great day xx
