I have been so quiet on here lately but the school holidays have done a number on me 😂 Enjoyed spending quality time with my boys and being out in nature as much as the rain would allow it🤍

We are not all perfect, we all have flaws and toxic traits. It's realising them and wanting to be better and change. I find that is the hardest part owning up to your sh*t!😂🤍✨️

This new therapy I offer I just don't have enough words for 😆 I have worked with grief, domestic abuse, phobias the list is really endless (mostly) The best part is watching the person from the first session, to seeing a huge release after the second like a weight has been lifted off their shoulders literally! I am so grateful to be able to help others, its just a feeling I can't describe 🤍✨️
