Forest Bathing+ at Tortworth Arboretum!

There are many benefits to spending time in nature, and Forest Bathing+ is a wonderful activity in which to experience them. Tortworth Arboretum is ancient woodland which enhances all these benefits. Plus, Autumn is such a beautiful time of year to really connect with the changes of the season and witness the beauty in our natural surroundings. During the session you will be invited to experience the woodland from different sensory perspectives and embrace the deep relaxation that nature can provide. Forest Bathing is an all-weather activity however the October weather is (currently) looking warm and dry, which always makes for an enjoyable session! Why not take a bit of time out and give yourself a wellbeing boost and book to come along!
