How is your Soul?💫

This time of year can be magical, special + beautiful…But…

It can also bring up a lot of other heavier ‘stuff.’ Trigger feelings, emotions, that stir up so much more than beauty, peace + serenity.
Situations + circumstances that seem completely out of your control are swirling around in the mix too! It’s quite a lot to deal with! 🫠

How do you find inner peace + calm during this time?
How do you navigate your own way through…
NOT just in survival mode,
but from a space that allows joy, laughter, fun + delight to be your State of Being?

Here are a couple of ways to renew this ‘mucky’ space… and bring you back to calm + serenity….

💛Pause, remember a time that you felt joy, peace or simply at ease within…
Find that thought or feeling & hold onto it long enough for you to remember how you felt… evoke the emotions that came with it?…
Now from that place what do you need to do, be or feel to trigger the impactful domino effect… to improve your current State?…

💛Close your eyes, place your hands on your heart + become aware of your breath and your breathing… How is it?
Can you take a Big conscious breath in, all the way to your throat….
Now zip in two short bursts of air…. AND slowly exhale through your mouth.
Do this a couple of times…☺️

💛Simply take yourself away from the current space you’re in…
If it’s safe to do so… Walk in Nature… Even just to step outside…is enough.
Notice the sounds around you… Bring your awareness to any sounds of nature you can hear. Really appreciate what you hear….

Instead of criticising & berating ALL the parts & pieces of you that isn’t JUST SO!… You can finally START LIVING, and thriving… in Joy and bliss and peace & harmony…
Rather than peddling backwards, over & over the same bumpy ground, in a state of survival and burnout, and not getting anywhere fast!

You are YOU, and that’s what makes you so unique.
There is NO ONE like you… and that is worth celebrating!!
