Another private dining event from last weekend!

We created a custom menu based off some favourite family ingredients and loved cooking for this small family occasion.

The menu included:

Scallops with roasted butternut squash purée, burnt butter, crispy sage and crispy onions. Plus a freshly made ravioli for one guest.

Salmon en croute with roasted broccoli, roasted mini minted potatoes, creamed spinach and a white wine and parsley sauce.

Baked cheesecake with Chantilly cream and a warm winter berry sauce.

We spent last night with a lovely family for a 40th birthday celebration.

A sharing meat platter to start, followed by 28 day aged rib eye, with sharing style sides including dauphinois, honey glazed carrots and creamed spinach.

Tonight’s event was a buffet for a Golden Wedding Anniversary 💫

A selection of open face bagels, sticky sausages, charcuterie sticks, mini pavlovas and more!

We got to cater our first wedding this week.

A lovely intimate wedding with a garden reception, where we served canapés, three choices of mains and a dessert table.

From running around helping the incredible speakers in their demonstrations to hosting hospitality using items from the amazing suppliers, it’s been a hectic but enjoyable few days.

Thank you to all the crew, speakers and suppliers who made my first festival such an enjoyable one.
