This little beauty has arrived!! Proud moment - there have been times over the past few years where its felt like endless assignments, practical assignments and revision but we got there! Its been a blast though and have loved every minute of studying.

How is everyones New Year resolutions going?? Now we are into the second week it can feel like a struggle to keep them going - but you have got this! Perhaps your resolution was to exercise more… a change or in increase in exercise can mean you are more susceptible to injury so its a crucial time to take time look after yourself. Sports Massage can help to ensure you are in tiptop condition and reduce the chance of injury. Prevention is better than a cure!!

So.. I got myself a little treat over Christmas (well more for you guys really!) and infa-red lamp! Infa- red light warms your muscles up from the inside which can really help with pain relief and reduce muscle tension, not only that its very relaxing! This can be added to your treatments at no extra cost.

Spikey Massage Balls- Dont underestimate them!! Lots of my clients want to maintain the benefits of a sports massage for a long as possible in between treatments and spikey balls are inexpensive and something that I would personally recommend. Spikey Balls work on the myofascial system to reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, increase body awareness and aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Making them perfect for knots and tight areas. The best way to use them is to use your body weight to move the ball in an up and down motion over your problem area.

It will include a treatment if applicable and is perfect for those annoyances that you have been putting off dealing with. Sessions are only £10. Working from home is the norm for so many of us these days and whilst it has many benefits, it can be a trigger for back pain. Slouching can cause an over stretch of ligaments in the back area plus put a unwanted strain on spinal discs. Sports massage can be a fantastic way of easing this pain. My sessions can also include posterial checks, so why not see if a session can help to improve the nuisance of back pain
