So yesterday it was exactly one year since I got diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I had a bloody rough time of it but thanks to Forever Garcinia Plus, I have been able to get a better hold on my blood sugar!

Now it is around a week ago when I started my little diet.
I haven't really published anything about it, because I didn't find it that important.
Today I stepped on the scales and it said I lost a quarter of a stone! 🤗
I was happy because this was the moment when I finally see that it's working!

A lot of us lose interest in diets when we don't see results straight away, I have been there! But NEVER give up!
I'm so excited to see next week's results! :D
