Jaxon will be walking mount snowden the highest mountain in wales (1085m 😮) to raise money for Derian house children’s hospice

Derian House help children and young people, whose lives are too short, to make happy memories in an environment of fun, respect and above all, high quality care. They provide respite and end-of-life care to more than 400 children and young people across the North West. They do this 24 hours a day, seven days a week 💙
Thanks to everyone who has sponsored him so far, he’s raised enough money to pay for a nurses care for 24 hours, please help him reach his next milestone any amount will make a massive difference to the children’s lives 💙
