It’s always good advice to get your boiler checked every year. This modern boiler was giving an occasional fault code and making a strange noise when it fired up but on the inside a part had failed leaving it dangerous and nearly beyond repair. Luckily we found it just in time and managed to get it fixed and working again safe and sound .

Ok it’s 2021 and the world is still upside down!. Hands are washed, mask is on and I’m open for business.

2020, What a year to open a business!. I just wanted to say a big thankyou to everyone for all of your reccomendations and references over the last few months. With hardly any advertising i have picked up a lovely bunch of customers and its all been thanks to the support of my local community, family and freinds. I would love to be able to pay you all back some day but for now its a heartfelt thanks from me, Mrs Lee and the girls.

After this week I will be rebranding as Phil Lee Eating Services for Xmas but I will be staying open for breakdowns and emergency jobs!

Combi boilers used to be troublesome things that would make a trickle of hot water on a good day but today it’s a different story. I’ve just installed this Worcester 35kw boiler that produces tonnes of hot water and comes with a ten year guarantee for piece of mind. It’s controlled with a smart thermostat direct from your phone and will send you alerts if there was ever a problem.

It’s getting colder and we are getting locked in again.

Heating engineers are still allowed to visit when you need us so I will be open for business, wearing my mask, washing my hands and respecting your wishes while I am in your home.

If you have any special requirements then just let me know before I visit and I will be happy to comply.

The cold weather is coming and by the sounds of it so are more restrictions. I’ll be working through both but will be keeping my distance, wearing my mask and washing my hands to keep my customers as safe and warm as possible.

One of the most reliable boilers ever made, 35 years old and still burning strongly. Unfortunately even though it was still working it had become unsafe and had to be condemned. It just goes to show how important getting your boiler serviced by a gas safe accredited engineer is.
