Here's a little story about our signature cocktail, the Better Sweet Than Bitter 🍹...

I created this cocktail during Lockdown 1.0 with Covid at the time 😷. I had no taste and no smell but chucked this together with what I had at home in hope it would taste good. And it is definitely that!

A tropically sweet cocktail perfect for those sunny days in the garden dreaming about lazing around on the beach. The best way to describe it is a Pornstar Martini with a tropical beach twist. Try it and you will understand. We are certain you will love it 🥰

How to make:

1. Chill your glass with lots of ice.
2. Pour all the ingredients into your shaker, add lots of ice and shake hard for approximately 10 seconds. Your shake is everything; the better the shake, the better silky foam on the top of the cocktail.
3. Double strain into your glass with lots of ice (make sure you remove the excess water in the glass).
4. Finish the cocktail off with half a passion fruit, a cocktail umbrella and a straw 🍹
5. Enjoy and dream about sunnier days lazing on a Caribbean beach!

Although these are the top cocktails, we love having a variety of different cocktails to make. We know over 250+ cocktails so your options are pretty endless. We also love creating new cocktails so are very happy to create you a unique cocktail based on your tastes and preferences 🍹
