Friday inspiration!!!ππππ
I donβt know about you but by the time I get to Friday, Iβm ready to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day!!! π€£π€£
Iβm here to share my biggest time saver for delicious meal ideas π‘
Embrace sheet pan/one pot dishes. Not only are these recipes often faster and easier to cook, but they also reduce the number of pans you get dirty, which saves you clean-up time
Chicken, sweet potatoes π and veg with a little olive oil and herbs all cook together to give a delicious family dish.
Only one pan total win ππππ
Give this a go this weekend and let me know how it works for youππ
Do you ever feel overwhelmed when shopping?
My top five tips to keep you on track so you only get what you need and keep to your budget.
Give me a π if this has been helpful
Easter is a time for families and time together. We have had a wonderful time together, however, anyone else with me are you ready for routine back in your life!!
My cupboards are bare and the kids are board!!!! Roll on back to school π€£π€£ππ
Are you a plate warmer?
Restaurants warm plates before serving them to help the food maintain its temperature on its way to the customer's table.
Warm plates will keep the food warmer longer, whereas dishes that are cooler than the food will absorb the food's heat, and the temperature will drop immediately.
I always warm my plates it's not absolutely essential that plates be warmed before serving food, but it's a nice touch.
It helps keep food warm longer on the plate, and it's especially helpful for things like pasta that tend to get cold quickly.
Give me a thumbs up de if you warm your plates?

I keep something the girls make every year and add to my Easter Tree.

National Carrot Cake Day, ππππthis is one of my favourite cakes. So moist and delicious totally the best cake with a cup of tea π«
Carrots contain a natural sweetness that's just perfect for cake. Many historians believe the cake originated in the Middle Ages when sugar and other sweeteners were scarce. (Carrots were used as a substitute.) π₯
Who needs to cook a carrot cake this weekend? π₯π₯π₯π₯

How sad am I just bought a NEW Garlic crusher!!!!! Is it bad that I love buying cooking utensils π€£π
I have to admit you do not need lots of kit to cook and bake but one thing I canβt live without is a garlic crusher as my knife skills are not good enough to cut it as fine as you need and it makes using garlic a breeze and your hands donβt end up stinking of garlic π§
Come on let me know the o e item in your kitchen you can not live without?
How confident would you be to let your 12 year old make dinner?
So tonight I phoned Robynne an hour away from home to ask her to start dinner.

Happy International Farmers Day.
Iβm so grateful to be part of the farming community, itβs hard work, lots of elements are against them, but I love the tenacity, longevity and how adaptable this community is.
This year we had the fastest harvest ever due to the heat, some experience fires π₯ and the cost to grow or feed the animals are growing, but one thing will be for sure we will adapt and drive forward, bringing top quality, highest of standards to make sure the food produced in the UK is of the highest quality.
I know everyone is feeling the pinch but remember buy local and support your community.
