A commonly used therapy is acupuncture, this is ancient Chinese medicine involves the use of finely pointed needles on various areas of the body.
The needles are placed in different acupuncture points and it is believed to work by stimulating the release of natural pain-relieving hormones. Whilst acupuncture is regularly used to treat muscular pains, it can also be effective in reducing tension and chronic pain from headaches.
Weekly motivation...
Whilst we recognise the importance of our mission to further our knowledge and help others, it is important that we take the time to rest and take time for ourselves.

Chiropractic is a regulated health care profession.
Chiropractors don't use medicines or surgery; treatment involves manipulation of the spine and other joints. By manipulating joints, the bones and joints move back into their natural place. This enables better movement.
There is some scientific evidence that chiropractic treatment might help relieve headaches and, joint and back pain.
Are you in a place where you can safely the most genuine, authentic version of you?

St. John's wort has historically been used for a range of illnesses and mental disorders. It has antibacterial, antioxidant, and antiviral properties.
The herbal product is commonly used to help mild depression and has fewer side effects than most medications. However, it should not be taken alongside many medications and should be taken under the guidance of a medical professional.
Whilst the use of complementary and alternative medicine is becoming more common, many people are still unaware of what the practice involves.
Complementary medicine may be defined as a person using a non-mainstream medicine alongside regular treatment, this differs slightly to alternative medicine. Alternative medicine involves the use of non-mainstream medicine instead of regular treatment.
