We're always keeping an eye on the property market and during an exercise recently across a number of different postcodes and price brackets on one of the online estate agents we found 33 properties out of 145 where the prices had been reduced due to the property not selling.

This SHOULDN'T be the solution to properties not selling. Accepting a price reduction is the last thing you want to do, right? It feels like defeat. But not only that, you know that you'll be losing out on money from your property.๐Ÿซ 

With the 33 properties we found that they fell into one of the following categories:

In the first room, we opted for 'Surfhouse colours' (if you've been following us for a while you'll know what we mean!), with neutrals, navy blues, soft throws and cushions to add a touch of luxury.

As this was a family home, the second bedroom was styled as a children's bedroom with lots of colour and personality.
