In our fondue boxes we only use the best couverture chocolate, to give the perfect melted consistency for dipping with a delicious taste!

But what exactly is couverture chocolate? 🧐

Couverture chocolate is a higher quality chocolate that contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter in relation to the other ingredients. It also contains chocolate liquor, and no added nasties like vegetable oil as cheaper alternatives may add to get the same consistency!

In order to be labeled couverture, chocolate must contain a minimum of 35% cocoa solids and 31% cocoa butter.
