Roasting a stunning SCA score 84 ‘Capitan’ from Mexico.
Warm and well-rounded, with a chocolate sweetness and nutty finish, bringing comfort at any time of the day
This wild and organically grown coffee is from a small-size cooperative in the highest-altitudes of Chiapas, Mexico, in the buffer zone of the UNESCO protected biosphere reserve. Purchased using a cherry purchasing model, the farmers were paid $0.45/kg for hand-sorted premium red cherry (approximately 6.5kg of cherry will produce 1kg of green bean), one of the highest prices paid in Mexico in 2021 where the payment was made upon collection at farmgate.

NEED FUEL THIS MORNING??
The easiest way to enjoy fresh (proper) coffee is here. Just take your bottle of FUEL from the fridge, give it a shake, pop 2-3 tablespoons of the liquid concentrate into a mug and add boiling water… BOSH!!
MILES better than your freeze dried instant (all the oils and flavour profiles are lost in the chemical freeze dried process!) and just as fast!!
