That was the single hardest cycling challenge I’ve ever faced and I couldn’t have done it without a solid support crew! Managed to crank up the watts in the final 10 minutes to complete ‘s 240mile challenge with 5 minutes to spare!

Cycling for 14hours on a static bike really is a tiring way to spend your Saturday!
