BUTTERNUT SQUASH CARROT AND CORIANDER SOUP 🍲
100 ml chicken stock
Butternut Squash peeled and chopped
3 large carrots peeled and chopped
Chopped fresh coriander
Pepper
Garlic and chilli salt
Tsp of garlic olive oil
Boil all together then blend for a smooth consistency.
HELP!! MY BODY CAN'T DIGEST FRUIT AND VEGGIES PROPERLY 😩
Literally I can so relate - eating some fruits and veggies heart me - my body cannot process them properly.
I supplement with these to bridge the gap as they are bioavailable- meaning they go straight into the blood stream and not the digestive tract.
I used to take multi vitamins but I was just peeing the goodness out.
That's very expensive urine 🤣🤣
That's why these make so much sense to me.
