Aswell as all the other work on site we have been busy down at Harrogate for Randall Orchard Construction Ltd. Demolition of a mezzanine floor and to dig out for new concrete pads for the new steel beams.

As well as the private jobs the lads have been pushing on with the site work. A few aerial pictures taken just before Christmas. Show houses now completed with some fancy block paved walkways. All drives on-site are permeable block paving.

It’s been a busy start to the year, phase 1 of this job. Reduce level dig 650mm inside this beautiful chapel. Stone up ready for the subfloor and insulation. Photos of phase 2 will follow once completed. Over 200sm of floors space dug out and all muck removed from site.

Last job of the year done and dusted. A Local farmer was let down last minute by another firm and decided to contact us to sort the job out. New concrete yard and storage pads put in for tractors/wagons to run on. Brushed finish with a picture frame border.

One happy customer, they had been let down by a local handyman so called us and we got the job done straight away. New concrete pad for electric gates to open onto. 6m long 300mm thick concrete with a rounded edge finish. Good job done by the lads.

Aswell as starting a new site we have been busy on a second site with N&T Civils. All marking out of the drives and work carried out by ourselves with a base layer of tarmac put in ready for topping.

New site started a few months ago for Lee Construction. Big push from the lads to get the sales office open aswell as pulling footings and stripping topsoil for the next plots. New site compound and brick yard constructed ready for the cabins. New toy providing aerial photos. More progress pictures from the drone over the next few weeks.

Another job finished last weekend, an extension of a muck store for a local farmer. Concrete panels and steels installed, stoned up to height and pans set for 150mm of concrete. Concrete floated off and expansion cuts cut in.

Another driveway finished off the other weekend in Richmond. This time the customer wanted herringbone block paving with brindle blocks. A fantastic job completed by the lads.

A few jobs for Lee Construction the other month. Demolition of a garage, hedge removal and field landscaped. Entrance dug out and made wider for better access. Big shout out to Michael Gray for chipping the bushes and removing the trees. Another top job carried out by the lads and all involved.

A lovely drive transformed the other month. Old flags taken out to be replaced with block paving. Aco drain installed down the middle for a demarcation of the property line. Fantastic job carried out by the lads.

Another job finished last week, 115m of road kerbs, 250m of pin kerbs installed in a week. Finished off with laying 35 tonne of tarmac. Good job by the lads. All landscaped with topsoil ready to be seeded. Please feel free to get in touch for any quotes

Another job finished up at Reeth last month, 50m of old cobbles dug out and stoned up for flagging. All muck removed off site and all prepped for a local builder (Stephen Longstaff) to flag. A fantastic job finished to a high standard by all involved.

It’s been a busy few months for the lads on-site and on the private jobs. This is one of the jobs over in Stockton we completed. Kerbs out and new drop kerbs in to extend the drive onto the road. All dug out and stoned up ready for tarmac.

The lads have been busy the last few weeks, here is a quick job we completed the other weekend. Installation of a new electric box and 30m of ducting. 30m of 25mm water pipe. All backfilled and reinstated.
