I'm all about really fresh ingredients turned into something magical. This is my spicy shukalafel that takes 3 days to cook and layer the flavours so that you feel warmed and nourished.

I loved catering a stunning wedding yesterday. Just such a beautiful feast created after discussion with the bride and groom to incorporate their favourite things. These were snack edible bowls for immediately after the ceremony. :)

In my spare time I'm a volunteer chef and founder of a food support service that educates people how to cook affordable food. Here are some photos of my previous fundraising catering work for them. Oikos Foods are about creating beautiful food for every occassion so that you can relax and get on with your day.

Not all salads are equal! This one takes 2 days. Saffron, pistachio & garlic chickpeas, spicy corn fritters and my nutty hummus topped with more pistachios, pomegranate seeds, 2 year aged windowsill lemon and a slug of date molasses. A complex dish with a lasting warming, comforting flavour that leaves you feeling nourished. Coming soon for delivery in Exeter.

I will soon be launching our Exeter area food delivery. I'm just finalising exactly what goes on the menu and providing catering for a voluntary job that I do. Once I've handed that over then Oikos Foods will be delivering super yummy food to you, your team or whoever you want to send great food!
