At Bridging Gaps Care we literally endeavour to ‘bridge the gap’ for our clients between their presenting Complex Care Needs and the resultant impact on their Social Care Needs, so as to ensure that they continue to enjoy inclusive lives.
We appreciate that whilst our clients’ may no longer be able to independently manage their own day to day care, remaining in their own homes gives them a sense of control over their own lives as well as maintaining a level of familiarity for them which is a key factor for their recuperation, convalescence, or rehabilitation.
At Bridging Gaps Care, we therefore aim to offer bespoke Domiciliary care packages for anyone who wants to stay at home.
We currently cover the Cambridgeshire local area, such as; St Neots, Huntingdon, St Ives, Somersham, Chatteris, March and Wisbech.
At Bridging Gaps Care we aim to provide the appropriate training to all our carers so that they can provide complex care support, including catheterisation, convene, PEG feeding and suppositories, to name just a few.
All our care staff are managed by our Clinical Lead who will work with you to create a unique care plan – making your life easier as you receive care in your home.
We also work closely alongside district nurses and occupational therapists, as and when required, to ensure that we are able to deliver the holistic care that fully meets your specific needs – whether it be disability care, dementia care, nursing care or even companionship care.
