Why is stretching important?
- It Iengthens your muscles and reduces stiffness.
- Stimulates the release of pain-reducing endorphins and improves your circulation.
- It helps you maintain the range of motion in your muscles and joints that many lose over time.
- It prevents common health issues such as arthritis and tendonitis.
- It keeps your muscles and joints long and loose, where not stretching can make them short and tight leading to lack of mobility.

I provide yoga classes in Open space studio, Wivenhoe on Friday nights and Monday nights.
