Huge thank you to our fantastic team of helpers. Special mention to Paddys for the beautiful salmon, kermellys for the prawns and Teares butchers in Ramsey for the fabulous ham and sausages and Robinsons for all the fruit and vegetables. 🎉❤️🏁💫🏍️

🎉🎈🥳 A drop off canapé party for a special VIP Charity Champagne and Canapé reception for the pre Rumours Fleetwood Mac concert at the Villa Marina last night. They were brilliant and the canapés were pretty good too! 🎶❤️🎉

We would like to wish King Charles III & Queen Camilla a wonderful coronation and send them all good wishes for a successful, happy reign. In 2012 the Isle of Man won the sustainability seafood award. Prince Charles came to the IOM for the ceremony and I was delighted to be asked to cook and showcase the wonderful seafood produce we have here on the IOM. It was one of the highlights of my career, an honour and privilege and he loved my Lobster bisque! ❤️💫🇬🇧👑
