This Movember, the British Chiropractic Association revealed new research findings about men suffering with back pain.
Their recent report in partnership with One Poll explored the impacts of musculoskeletal (MSK) issues facing the UK public and found that over half of men in the UK (51%) have avoided consulting their GP for issues related to back and joint pain.

Kristian is in Sheffield with GB U16s men in ice hockey πfor a two-day camp as part of the selection process for a tournament in April in Latvia.
He will be the lead medical staff member and is responsible for off ice warm-ups and management of injuries. Good luck Kristian! π€©π
We wanted to let you know that Charlotte has returned to work and is slowly on the mend after some big big surgery. She will continue to work a little less while getting back to full strength!
After being knocked off his bike Kristian is also back in clinic π
