The Wimbledon Championships are here!! We're taking a BIG SERVE of a delicious Basil & Strawberry cocktail 😋🎾

Ingredients:
50ml Green Russian vodka (or Green Genie gin)
3 strawberries (quartered)
1 basil leaf (torn)
1 tablespoon honey (to taste)
1/2 lime juiced
1 splash of soda (optional)
Ice

Method:
Step 1 muddle 1 strawberry and basil together
Step 2 add the honey, lime juice and Green Russian vodka (or Green Genie gin), stir
Step 3 Fill glass with ice, add the remaining strawberries and garnish with a basil leaves

Did you know vodka originated from the word 'voda' which means 'water' in Russian? It was drunk so often by ordinary people that it could easily have been water! We're not suggesting you replace water with vodka but it's an interesting fact.

Ingredients:
- 120ml Green Russian vodka
- 60ml orange liqueur
- 60ml cranberry juice
- Juice of 1 lime

Method:
STEP 1: Stir the ingredients and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine. Strain into two chilled martini glasses.

Celebrating World Beer Day with a simple raspberry, Green Russian vodka and BEER cocktail!
If you haven't had it yet, it's definitely one to try! This refreshing drink is the perfect sipper for summer!

Raspberry beer cocktail

Ingredients:
50ml Green Genie vodka
330ml Raspberry beer (or a beer of your choice)
Raspberries
1 x chopped lime
1 x sprig of mint

Method:
Step 1: Muddle together the chopped lime, raspberries and Green Russian vodka
Step 2: Add ice to two highball glasses and pour 330ml raspberry beer
Step 3: Garnish with a few raspberries and mint.

Serve and enjoy!

The sun is out and the smell of BBQs is in the air. This simple, refreshing, fizzy cocktail is perfect for a hot summer's day. If you love the flavours of lemon and lime then this is the drink for you. Great served in a glass, or a pitcher to share with friends:

Ingredients
1 x 50ml Green Russian vodka
Slices of lime
1 x slice of lemon
1 x sprig mint
Crushed ice
Limonata Sanpellegrino (recommended) or old fashioned lemonade

Method
Step 1: In a tall glass add 2 slices of lime, 1 slice of lemon, mint and muddle.
Step 2: Add the vodka, crushed ice and Limonata Sanpellegrino to fill the glass. Stir.
Step 3: Garnish with fresh mint and slices of lemon or lime.

*you'll need to increase these quantities for a pitcher depending on its size*

Yay, the May Bank Holiday is here! We hope the weather stays dry and the sun puts his hat on for the whole of the weekend.

Here's a simple Appletini serve to try at home -

Ingredients:
50ml vodka
50ml cloudy apple juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
a slice of apple for garnish

Method:
STEP 1
Shake the vodka, cloudy apple juice, lemon juice and maple syrup in an ice-filled shaker until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
STEP 2
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of apple.

It seemed appropriate to celebrate International Tea Day with a Green Russain vodka, it is infused with green tea after all!

We love a delicious Long Island Iced Tea to celebrate.

Ingredients
• 50ml Green Russian vodka
• 50ml Green Genie Gin
• 50ml tequila
• 50ml rum
• 50ml triple sec
• 50-100ml fresh lime
• 500ml cola
• Ice
• 2 limes, cut into wedges

Method
STEP 1 Pour the vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec into a large (1.5l) jug, and add lime juice to taste. Half fill the jug with ice, then stir until the outside feels cold.
STEP 2 Add the cola then stir to combine. Drop in the lime wedges.

If you want to mix it up a bit replace cola with cranberry juice to make the infamous Long Beach Iced Tea! Sip, sit back and enjoy.
