Last recorded timing belt change was well over due and we found a timing cover bolt sitting just under the crank pulley that has more than likely caused this split.

We had this Landrover Discovery 3 in yesterday for a brand new prop shaft and an interim service.

The centre bush on this prop had completely failed and was making a horrendous noise and vibration when driving.

A quick oil service and air filter change and an inspection got this car ready to go to Scotland this weekend for a caravan holiday.

This customer called us for a collected MOT from their house

Unfortunately it did fail on the drivers side front suspension top mount but we managed to replace this in great time for the customer

They also had some of the advisory’s done like the front brake pads and a few light bulbs.

This Ford transit had a bad coolant leak from the egr valve. One of the coolant pipes had completely corroded.

We had this mini booked in last week to investigate and repair excessive oil consumption and smoke being emitted from the exhaust.

We quickly diagnosed the turbo to be the point of failure. Leaking oil heavily in to the exhaust and intercooler system which was then getting sucked in to the engine.

With the turbo now replaced and the intercooler completely cleaned of oil and a new feed pipe the car is back up and running. Another happy customer back on the road.

Another happy customer! This time the car had been checked by a few people but no repair was made.

Called us out to investigate an airbag light on their Vauxhall corsa.

We quickly found a broken wire that had worn through behind the backrest in the drivers seat that was going to the air bag on the side of the seat.

Very easy fix and all repairs completed within our initial hours investigation so all the customer paid was our call out fee.

Another clutch this morning done on the road outside the customers house.

This customer was complaining of a rattling and scraping noise intermittently when driving.

Upon removal of this gearbox we found the pressure plate had broken and had started grinding down the inside of the gearbox.

Left any longer this lucky customer could have had to buy a new gearbox which would have incurred a lot more cost

We also replaced the alternator pulley and the auxiliary belt as requested
