Maybe it's the field I work in, or the company I'm privileged to keep, but I have been thinking ...
For many, if not most, life doesn't go to plan and for most that's okay. For many it is not. We see a smile, but not the pain that may hide behind it. ( Been there?) What price to be kind, to be available, to listen not just hear? I know my face doesn't always reflect my true mood. None of us can promise but we can try. See beyond self.

This time of year can be difficult for some. Not for them a time for celebrations and parties. Many face a sadness and loneliness which has yet, if ever, to pass. Hold them in your thoughts and in your hearts.

Saying goodbye today to one dear departed soul ( Rest in Peace, Beautiful Lady.) and reminded of others, now long gone. Gone perhaps but never forgotten. Mourning their loss and that of family, memories of great times and gratitude for the love and nurturing received. The pain passes but the gap left is never filled. We are who we were raised to be. Always grateful, I live in their shadow... 🖤
