So Freesties was actually out out today at ..what a brilliant event, full of inspirational speakers with so much energy ..even saw talk….Who would have guessed I would bump into him on the way home 😱 fab day

Ooh la la Freesties is having a brainstorming session!!! with the fabulous watch this space ..we could be cooking up a Freesties gluten free foodie storm !!! X

So this happened this week!
Super duper excited to be a finalist in the Midcounties Co-Op Food Glorious Food Competition. A truly amazing experience, shared with some other passionate local food producers.

We’ve been busy at the Freesties camp..exciting new recipes coming very soon!!..check out the 1st new Freecon label..which one is going to be your favourite??

I’ve had quite a few messages asking if Freesties can supply products locally. I know a few Coeliac friends are finding it hard to get GF foods at the moment, whether self-isolating or just struggling to find anything.

So to try and help in this uncertain time, from today I’ll be taking orders for any of the Freesties products. As long as my local suppliers can deliver to me I’ll keep cooking, which they can!
