its time to make losing weight fun again
Just a few low syn and low calorie sweet treats
A few recent meals
And I must say all meals that I will be having again for sure xx
So today's meals
Breakfast fruit and yogurt 1/2 syn plus half a can of coke (don't ask) 3 1/2 syns
Lunch cauliflower cheese soup (more like a very naughty cheese sauce than soup) hea sausage rolls heb + 3 syns (because I've just noticed i used 10% fat mince pork) and kiwi 🥝
Dinner salmon and spinach stir fry syn free and for afters coconut rice pudding 3 syns
(1 for jam and 2 for the milk as used half for hea and half syned)
Ohh and an attempt at some oven baked sweet potato skins 😋
Finishing the day on 10 syns (going to Bank my extra 5 for when I'm desperate)
We all love a Saturday treat
Fruit and yogurt for my breakfast / lunch love how colourful my fruit was this morning
Had a good walk out and a run around with the dogs and mother goose and then
Cajun chicken burgers, sweet potato chips and a little tomato and cuecumber
Heb + 2syns for mayo
Coconut rice pudding with raspberry jam
Hea + 2syns

Fruit and yogurt (1/2 syn)
The fight between the broccli and Cheddar soup (hea) and my hoodie im proud to say my hoodie came out on top!!
Tea morrisons fish cakes (2 syns each) spinach and honey mustard carrot and parsnip chips (2 syns for the honey)😋🤤
Absolutely delicious
Finishing the day on 6 1/2 syns now wheres my chocolate treats tub...
Yesterdays meals
Sausages where 2.5 syns each
Vegetarian pasta bolognaise cheese hea
Curry and cauliflower rice and home made naan bread for 4 syns xx
Meal prep putting my soup making to good use haha
Honey mustard parsnip soup 1 syn
Broccli Cheddar soup hea
Coconut rice pudding hea
So as well as looking after my waist line and wanting to see results on the scales 🤞🙏🤞
I also wanted to put more effort into looking after my hair, skin and just overall the way I look

Think avon and body shop will love me this year haha
Saw these in home bargains and all under 100 calories
Btw they also have a very large range of skinny syrups in and not the weired ones but like vanilla and butterscotch and nice ones that you will actually use haha
Yesterday's meals
Porridge and banana with apple
Gym kitchens chicken tikka ready meal (god send as work was manic)
Shepards pie with carrot and sweet potato topping was delicious
So I forgot to take a picture of lunch which was a bagle with marg 365 calories (trying to eat it quick and shared with pooch haha)
Breakfast fruit and yogurt
Tea chicken veg and potatoes dauphine (yes that probably is spelt wrong)
So confession time yesterday I ate my treats bowl but it set off a massive sugar rush and I wanted more I want deny it I had more a lot more 😩
So today no treat bowl and well under on calories to try and claw it back 1420 allowance
Breakfast porridge and fruit
Lunch the gym kitchens peri peri chicken
Tea teriyaki salmon (thought it was a sauce I put on it wasn't it was a marinade made no change in taste haha )stir fry xx
So alternate days i get extra calories from my exercise that day todays allowance was 1703 calories
Breakfast fruit (should have been banana pancakes haha)
Lunch gym club ready meal
Tea homemade hotpot and cabbage (was delicious 😋)
I would of had more throughout the day didnt realise how low my tea was haha but more for my treat tub!!
Treat tub kinder egg, marshmallows and a maltesers truffle
So I'm allowed 1420 calories a day...
This is what they have been spent on today...
Fruit for breakfast
Mid morning snack 40g mini chocolate wheetabix and 100ml semi skimmed milk
Tuna salad
Instant coffee and milk sachet
Seabass with garlic and rosemary sweet potato cubes and honey and mustard carrots and parsnips
And to finish off 34g of maltesers
So you have see the announcement and I know it can make you feel like whats the point i can live in my pjs for the foreseeable if you are think that at any point let us know!! We will help to keep motivated 💪 just remember we're here and we will help you we all want to do this and we all want to do it for the right reasons so please spam the page with ideas, food p**n, recipes and even just a daft picture or 2 we all need to keep smiling and keep going we will get to invade Lisa and marks kitchen in the future!!!
So guys the page is up and running it is a work progress as is everything in my life haha but I just wanted to say I hope you fill the page with ideas, questions and use it as much as possible from posting meal ideas to asking if your bum looks big in something haha
It will only be as good as you make it also use it to show your none scale victories be it fitting into that pair of jeans that where a bit snug, to your first marathon run 😒
