Ever feel like you are on a rollercoaster that doesn't stop⁉️

I don't normally post about personal things on my business account but I couldn't pass up the fact that my teen took part in and completed The Ten Tors Challenge at the weekend with his Explorer Scout group. They walked 35 miles across Dartmoor, with wild camping and after the dreadful training weather had a weekend of very hot conditions. I am super proud of him and think he's an absolute legend!🌟

Then it was all back to work this week:

👉Discussions with new clients
👉Communications meetings with project colleagues
👉Scheduling posts and creating new content for clients

And being Mental Health Awareness Week 💙, I was able to escape the office and put on my other play worker hat, running sessions for pre-school children in the woods. We had a lovely time and it was much needed soaking up all that 'green' energy.

Today is "Awkward Moment Day" and true to form we had that moment first thing on a Monday. Having created new social profiles, one social platform decided to suspend the account we only created last week and then would not let us receive a code to appeal.... what a pain and still in limbo.

Anyone have any tips on how to get reinstated? My brain hurts from a day of trying to sort it.....😱

Oh my goodness, this week so far I spent so much time blocking and deleting a huge influx of SPAM messages on Facebook and Instagram accounts, including my own!😬

Looks like there is a real problem with Meta allowing these sort of SPAM users pretending to be Facebook Admin Support to message users.

These messages are all about making you think you have done something wrong with your posts or accounts and encouraging your to click on the link to either ask it to be reviewed or to prevent your pages from being deleted.....
‼️DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINKS‼️

It's a real issue at the moment, as well as the new group messages that keep coming through Instagram, tagging your pages in them. 🙄

Like you, at first I have a slight panic and then look at who has sent it and how it is addressed to you, please delete and block them. I even had an Instagram message with a link to some inappropriate looking websites!😱

The key message is ‼️DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINKS EVER ‼️

🙄Uh-oh, it's that time of the year again when the dreaded Blue Monday creeps in! The third Monday of January has a reputation for being the saddest day of the year. But hold up, folks, not everyone's on board with this melancholy story. Sure, we're facing the arctic chills, those post-holiday bills, and the New Year's resolutions that seem to have hit snooze. It's no wonder we might feel a little down in the dumps. But could we possibly dodge the blues on this infamous Monday?💙
