4 weeks progress of a year 1 pupil 🥳

- not sure on how to correctly form letters
- minimal recognition of tricky words
- only knew a handful of phase 2 sounds
- didn’t know what a sentence was/what a sentence needs
Today…
- able to blend and segment words with the “ai” sound
- built on previous knowledge of phase 3 sounds
- independent application to a sentence and even remembered full stops!!
- correctly spelling the tricky word “the” independently
