I would like to share one more time a memorial portrait of Lucy and Rubyπ

They capture unique traits of pets that make each pet truly one of a kind. They are beautiful and lasting reminders of your beloved pets and they pay homage to their importance in the owner's life. β€οΈ
Size 20 x16 inch ( approx 51 x40 cm).
Medium : polychromos and prismacolour pencil on professional drafting film.
Three of my works will be exhibited in a Gallery in Ramsgate throughout February - more details to come soon. I am excited!
Polite reminder. My prices for pet portraits will change on the 15th of February. All bookings taken before this date won't be effected by the new prices. You can book in advance if you wish.

The little things make me happy... Drawing glove arrived today. Isn't it pretty? ππ I tend to smudge when draw so hopefully it will come in handy π.
I have finished drawing Dezzie. I was honoured. If you want to find out more about this clever, loving dog that became a qualified guide dog 6 months ago , please check Chloe's blog https://www.facebook.com/chloe.tear They are both amazing together !
The portrait will take part in a competition" Medical " organised by UK coloured pencil Society. Fingers crossed for us please π€
I promised myself I am going to share more of the kindness I receive.
I got today a gift surprise ( Caran d'ache wax pastel) and the person wrote " I think your drawings are so beautiful". How lovely it is! π₯°
The second photo I got from a lovely lady who ordered a dog portrait for her dad's birthday. Lovely feedback π₯°
I will never stop drawing! It brings so much joy, satisfaction and happiness β€οΈ
Update on Dezzie's portrait. Please click on the portrait for a better view.
He became a qualified guide dog in June 2023. He assists Chloe who said "I couldn't have asked for a better dog to be matched with. He is so clever and an excellent quide dog. He's also very very loving and demands a good cuddle every now and then".
I am honoured to draw his portrait. I really am.
Close up of Ruby's memorial portrait. π₯°π₯° I will share the whole portrait of "Lucy and Ruby" again soon as I love it! π

Summary of 2023! My small achievements that make me happy!
βοΈI took the third place in an abstract drawing competition organised by UK Colour Pencil Society. Yay!
βοΈI took part in 19th Annual Art and Sale Exhibition in Ash/n Canterbury, Kent.
βοΈI created ( donated) two works for Charity postcard action organised be Assosiation of Animal Artists. The money went to The Big Cat Sanctuary n / Ashford.
βοΈI donated two works for the auction that proceeded to Pilgrims Hospices. The auction took place in Anthony Giles studio in Margate and my works were displayed there.
βοΈI created 34 pet portraits in 2023 , which gives almost 3 portraits per month ( which is a huge achievement as I work full time, has a greenhouse and lovely friends - animals). I didn't count my other works I created in 2023!
βοΈI took part in several competitions with no success (apart from the third place mentioned at the beginning, yay! ) but it did not put me off!
βοΈLast but not least, the number of people who follow / like my page is over 1600! I can't thank you enough
THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF MY ART ADVENTURE AND FOR YOUR CONTINUOUS SUPPORT! β€οΈπ
This portrait was a birthday gift. Her name is Sassy. β€οΈIt was such enjoyable drawing. π I love it!
Polychromos pencil on Dura-Lar 005 two-sided mate film. White mount, size 11x14 inch
I am taking bookings for the New Year. Grab the occasion as the prices will change in early months of the New Year. My prices are very cheap at the moment. Drawing takes long hours so I won't be able to take many bookings in the old prices. I wish I could draw all day but I have other big commitments too.
I have entered an international Derwent drawing competition. I paid entry fees for these Trio. Last year there were 6200 entries so my chances are almost 0 but I will keep trying. Last year 80 artworks were chosen to be displayed in Gallery@oxo, London. Wish me luck, I will definitely need it.π
I can share a portrait of Sassy now! Such a lovely girl π₯°
I'd like to share first a work in progress as creating process is what I love best. It has good-- feel effects such as feeling relaxed, in peace inspired, connected with nature . Art is a powerful tool and if you like drawing, painting do it, concentrate on creating process , not the outcome. π
I love receiving photos like this. Memory from last year - Tyrion got his portrait at Christmas ππ₯°
The winner of Christmas Giveaway was announced yesterday - Congratulations Peter Hill - please get in touch with me.
