How do we create more stability in our lives ?

It's easy to create fear in our subconscious by looking too far ahead into the future instead of living in the present moment and drawing focus to the here and now.

It takes discipline to keep bringing ourselves back to living in the present and appreciating everything that we have in this given time.

Discipline and a quietening of the mind takes practice πŸ’ͺ

The future can sometimes be overwhelming, create our internal anxieties to go on overload.

However, when we live more in a present state of consciousness the past nor the future need be what defines us.

Following the basic yogic principles can help us to live a more balanced and meaningful life. To be true to your own unique purpose.
To not confront adversity with anger but to meet it with grace.

5 simple tips that you can do even if you have little time to spare :
1. Stop, close your eyes and check in with your breath. Are you breathing with ease or is there tension anywhere?
2. Ask yourself where in my body am I holding onto that tension ?
3. Breathe into that space . Exhale to release !
4. Ask yourself what your body needs to be nurtured for the week ? Less caffeine, more healthy food ? How was your sleep ? Are you running on adrenaline?
5. Listen to your internal dialogue? Is it healthy or is it negative self talk ? Reframe the negative talk.

Your thoughts become your reality.
