The felt was removed, the damaged roof boards were replaced and a new EPDM rubber roof installation was completed (inclusive of 20-year guarantee).

We were recently instructed by a talented musician from Eastwood to build him a bespoke music studio that would allow him to practice his drums and record his sessions at home without disturbing anybody. Our customer wanted 2 sections of her loft boarded, a walkway between the two and a loft ladder installed....and that is what we gave her! We used 18mm tongue & groove boards, mounted on 300mm loft stilts to accommodate the insulation without disruption. The heavy traffic areas were reinforced with timber framing and an L-section border was added to the loft hatch to avoid any sharp corners. We also mounted the loft ladder off centre to allow additional access for items to and from the loft. Another happy customer.
